Fred Pennell

Fred Pennell is the owner of Heart to Home Meals Winnipeg, a business dedicated to enhancing the lives of seniors by providing convenient, nutritious meals with dignity and care. A proud Winnipegger, Fred is passionate about creating community-based solutions that support healthy aging. He currently serves as President of the Board for Pembina Active Living 55+, an organization offering inclusive, engaging programs for older adults. Fred also sits on the Board of Directors for Pulford Community Living Services, which promotes inclusion and support for individuals with intellectual disabilities. With a strong background in leadership and community engagement, Fred is committed to advancing wellness and independence for all. Outside of his professional and volunteer work, Fred enjoys the outdoors, cheering on the Winnipeg Jets and Blue Bombers, and spending time with his wife, two adult children, and their beloved pets—Petra the Australian Shepherd and Delphi, the cat who rules the household.
