About Me

Victoria Russenholt is a long-time advocate for seniors and caregivers, bringing over 30 years of experience in elder care, including as a homecare business owner. Her passion for supporting older adults extends deeply into the community, where she has volunteered extensively—facilitating caregiver support groups with the Alzheimer Society, delivering Meals on Wheels, and serving for 10 years on the Board of a Winnipeg personal care home. For the past 12 years, Vicki has served as the Business Development & Education Coordinator at Victoria Lifeline. In this role, she connects with the public to promote healthy aging, fall prevention, and independent living. Vicki’s compassionate approach and lifelong dedication to elder care have made her a trusted voice in Winnipeg’s caregiving community. She is proud to support the mission of Compassion for Everyone and bring meaningful care solutions to families in need.
